Sociology 2630: Race and Ethnic Relations  

Throughout this course, we learned about the many different minority groups in the United States, the problems they face, the policies that have hindered/helped promote equality, and the various cultural aspects that make them unique. For the signature assignment for this course, I researched Affirmative Action--an education and employment policy that has attempted to bridge the gap between the minorities and non-minorities--wrote article reviews, and produced a short PowerPoint presentation.
